
BIM Coordinator

- Manage and coordinate BIM models across various disciplines to ensure data integrity and compliance with project requirements.
- Develop and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Conduct quality checks and audits on models to ensure adherence to project standards.
- Facilitate coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design clashes and optimize workflows.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to project teams on BIM standards, tools, and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies to continuously improve BIM practice.

- Recognized degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Relevant professional designation is considered an asset.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM Coordination, preferably in infrastructure, civil, or municipal projects.
- Experience with clash detection, coordination, and model auditing.
- Proficiency in CADD/BIM and GIS tools, including:
- Autodesk: Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, ACC.
- Bentley: MicroStation, Open Roads designer.
- ESRI: ArcGIS.
- Proven track record of working on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.
- Familiarity with document and construction management systems such as Bentley ProjectWise, SharePoint, Aconex.
- Basic programming or scripting skills (Dynamo, Python) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Familiar with computer equipment, and standard, office software applications, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Project, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols (ISO-19650, LOD development, etc..).
- Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in French or other languages is an asset, depending on project locations.
