- Salary range 006: 95 900$ to 119 900$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)
- Determine how to integrate SAP to improve S&OP processes related to resource planning, transportation, detailed planning, and strategic production planning, while supporting process harmonization across countries and alignment with the standard solution.
- Assess business and plant needs through process analysis, collaboration, and observation. Identify efficiency opportunities (to improve productivity and performance) and lead related projects (automation, process improvement).
- Support users (questions, incidents, resolutions, features, procedures, knowledge sharing).
- Develop the super user community by enhancing knowledge levels, training tools, and networking.
- Build relationships and collaborate with various teams and experts across sites and departments.
- Participate in solution development (identify and document options, strategies, and impacts; model processes and requirements; translate technical goals for functional and development teams; participate in testing and support solution deployment).
- Implement rigorous performance measures using balanced scorecards to evaluate performance and reduce variability/defects in critical S&OP processes.
- Drive change within the organization, propose creative business solutions, and optimize existing processes.
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Sales & Operations Planning activities, particularly with systems such as SAP PPDS, MRP, IBP & TM.
- Training in continuous improvement (Lean – an asset).
- Experience implementing change management strategies.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); French is an asset.
- Willingness to travel (Canada/USA) approximately 20% of the time.
