Brief Description:Our employer is a financial services company seeking an individual for a role will primarily focus on brand development and sales support.
Job Function:NOTE: THIS IS A HYBRID/REMOTE POSITIONThe result being to ensure Advisor's schedule is filled with interested, qualified clients and prospects to talk to and meet.This is a remote position, however, applicants must be willing and able to attend their marketing events and come into the office for meetings as needed.Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
  • Gain basic knowledge of the company's products, services, offerings, and activities.
  • Drive lead generation efforts through various channels, including digital marketing, events, partnerships, and more.
  • Enhance brand awareness and recognition through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral across multiple platforms, including the company website, social media channels, newsletters, printed materials, giveaways, videos, and more.
  • Collaborate with the Investment Advisor, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and manage various prospecting lists.
  • Support in the production of seminars that attract the type of people the advisor would like to do business with.
  • Set appointments with seminar attendees.
  • Make cold calls to precisely targeted lists.
  • Follow up on incoming leads.
  • Send out approved direct mail campaigns and follow up on responses with the intent to set appointments with qualified prospects.
  • Enhance current relationships with current clients in a manner that leads to referrals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to come into the office when needed as well as attend our marketing events.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on brand development and sales support.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively and orderly keeping track of items requiring follow-up and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to CRM software, email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of financial industry and investment products is a plus
  • A high "likability factor'' is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills characterized, most notably, by a generous and outgoing personality.
