- Manage accounts payable processes, including verifying receipts, preparing checks, and reconciling transactions.
- Generate and review invoices while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Prepare and maintain the general ledger, ensuring compliance with established accounting standards.
- Review aged accounts receivable reports and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Handle credit card reconciliations and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Process purchase requests through online systems, utilizing tools such as CaseFlo and Excel.
- Collaborate with payroll systems like ADP, Ceridian, and Concur to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Support ERP system operations by integrating accounting functions efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools such as ADP, Ceridian, and Concur.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, invoice processing, and general ledger management.
- Experience with ERP systems and enterprise resource planning processes.
- Familiarity with credit card reconciliation and payment processing.
- Proven ability to work with financial data in Excel and other relevant software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
