Apply today!Job DetailsReporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Summer Student is responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable segment in the Accounting Department by ensuring all vendor invoices are processed and paid according to the company’s policies and procedures. Additionally, the Accounts Payable Summer Student responsibilities include maintaining the relationship with the vendors and working on continuous process improvement within the AP roles and responsibilities. We’re looking for dynamic, passionate and driven students looking to gain hands on experience within a variety of different departments. We have opportunities available within our Finance Department.What will you do?As a Summer Student with Innomar, you will assist with a variety of assignments within our Finance Department. You will be supported by a designated manager through the summer and you will assist with a variety of function-specific job assignments. You will also contribute to the completion of established projects and initiatives.The goal of our Summer Student placements is to provide meaningful job opportunities to students.Requirements/Qualifications
  • You are enrolled in an undergraduate program with an accredited post-secondary institution in a Finance related program
You are available on a full-time basis between May 4th – August 28th 2026You have strong organizational skillsAbility to communicate effectively both written and verbalStrong interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skillsStrong computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office SuiteBilingualism – French/English an assetCustomer service experience an assetMust be eager to learn, self-motivated, flexible, accountable and can effectively handle multiple tasks at one timeExcellent organizational and time-management skillsExperience and Educational Requirements:
  • Minimum two (2) years of AP management or other related bookkeeping experience.
  • Post Secondary Education in a related field, preferably Accounting.
  • Proven knwledge within a co-pay environment
  • Experience working with an ERP System, Sage is an asset.
  • Knowledge of SOX is an asset
  • Intermediate computer skills; MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
