
HR Business Partner SST

- An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
- HR certification preferred.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and New Brunswick providence-specific laws related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal counsel as needed/required.
- 5+ years of HR experience (leadership/manager experience in a manufacturing environment preferred).
- SAP SuccessFactors and ADP experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems impacting people, processes, and program issues, along with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, working to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage the hourly work system (position level advancement structure, processes, and consistency).
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Partner with senior business leaders to plan, manage, and deliver corporate and customized people services in support of business objectives.
- Partner with L&D Team to identify training needs and develop training plans and programs.
- Evaluate and monitor the success of training programs, and follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Maintain relationships and support local community groups and events.
