- Assist with configuration and routine maintenance tasks for the organization's Azure AD domain.
- Support the use of Microsoft Intune (MDM) in maintaining compliance for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Help integrate and manage Apple devices using Apple Business Manager and Azure AD accounts, with oversight from senior staff.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth functioning of cloud and on-premises resources.
- Manage and provide support for Google Workspace services, including user and device administration.
- Assist with the management and deployment of Chromebooks across the organization.
- Support the issuance and management of security tokens to ensure secure user authentication and access.
- Follow security protocols and assist in monitoring devices using Microsoft Defender and related tools.
- Help implement security policies and contribute to regular compliance checks.
- Report potential security issues to senior team members and participate in ongoing improvements to IT safety.
- Work closely with a team of IT specialists, learning from more experienced colleagues.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and communicate progress to team leads.
- Participate in training opportunities and team meetings.
- Respond to user requests and resolve basic technical issues under supervision.
- Assist in documenting IT processes and solutions for knowledge sharing.
- Help maintain effective communication between IT and other departments.
- Support the implementation of IT projects, such as improving macOS device integration or updating software.
- Assist with rollouts of updates and upgrades, guided by senior IT staff.
- Stay informed about new technologies and learn how they may benefit the organization.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related area.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and device management basics (training can be provided).
- macOS management and enterprise device integration.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration, Chromebooks, and security token management.
- Knowledge of basic data protection and security concepts.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to work from the office, with flexible hours as needed.
- Relevant certifications (such as ITIL, Microsoft Fundamentals, or equivalent) are a plus but not required.
- Experience with Intune, MS Defender, SharePoint, or OneDrive is an asset.
- Analytical thinking and eagerness to develop problem-solving skills.
