- Plan and control major technical projects for the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center.
- Optimize project scheduling to accelerate completion and smooth execution.
- Maintain project schedules and critical paths.
- Work closely with project managers and finance teams as well as suppliers.
- Work in a changing environment, adapt to new situations and changes.
- Manage costs and deadlines so that projects are delivered to the complete satisfaction of your clients.
- Perform various financial analysis, issue reports and propose recommendations.
- Support project managers in the evaluation and implementation of new scenarios.
- Support project managers in understanding costs and financial risks and opportunities.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
- Maintain clear and effective communications at different hierarchical levels in the organization.
- Solve various financial issues using a sustainable approach.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.
- You have a technical degree or university diploma.
- You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management or project control (PCO) in the manufacturing field.
- You are recognized for your teamwork, customer/partner orientation, performance orientation, adaptability and communication.
- You adopt the best financial management practices.
- You can work under pressure and meet your commitments.
- You are bilingual (french fluency is a must) and demonstrate communication skills, both oral and written.
- You can understand and analyze financial data related to projects.
- You master the Microsoft Office suite, specifically the advanced functions of Microsoft Excel.
