We understand that fostering a diverse and inclusive environment is critical for the success of our business, and we actively work towards it every day.As a Processor, PaymentHERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:Process and administer Insolvency related information onto Insolvency Link softwareReview and balances payments batches with a high degree of accuracy ensuring set service level agreements and audit requirements are metMaintain set service level agreements, meet audit requirements set out by clientsAnalyses documentation received from Trustees and actions according to set client processes and guidelinesUtilize client's proprietary software systems as requiredBuild and maintain relationships within the Insolvency industryHERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING:Demonstrated experience (1-2 years) in the Insolvency industry, Collections, Litigation or Insolvency"Passion to Serve" Customer focus, self-motivated, assertive and able to learn quicklyDemonstrated experience exercising sound judgment when analyzing problems by identifying the severity of the problem and the potential impacts of alternative solutionsStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to interface effectively with a team and the ability to work independentlyStrong data entry skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving skills, detail orientedExcellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional data entry and accuracy
Flexibility to adapt to a changing environmentBilingual (French) language skills would be an assetProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer)Total Direct Compensation: 41,750 - 50,170Any pay range is in $CAD.
