
Senior JDEdwards E1 Business Analyst

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and new requirements for EnterpriseOne (E1) and DSI.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define functional requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure alignment of business needs with system functionality and identify gaps that may require customizations or process changes.
- Provide day-to-day support to business teams in planning, supply chain, warehouse, customer service and other backoffice functions.
- Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of E1 and DSI modules.
- Identify and address issues related to E1 and DSI functionality and support system improvements.
- Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems (e.g., Data Analytics, Infastructure, Integrations, EDI).
- Provide training to end-users on E1 and DSI functionalities, best practices, and process improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert, offering ongoing support and troubleshooting for E1 and DSI inquiries.
- Monitor and analyze E1 data, such as inventory levels, procurement cycles, and production schedules, to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools to support decision-making and performance analysis using ReportsNow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments (e.g., supply chain, production, finance, and IT) to ensure successful E1 system usage and alignment with broader business goals.
- Participate in change management efforts and provide insights into system enhancements or new functionalities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to E1 and DSI systems.
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in business processes, system optimization, and operational efficiency.
- French Speaking is required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in a consumer-packaged goods manufacturing environment would be a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on EnterpriseOne (E1) Sales and Distribution modules or Advanced Warehousing module.
- Experience defining, testing and trouble-shooting JDE Enterprise One to 3rd party system data interfaces
- Experience with integration to 3rd party systems and system transition involving non-JDE ERP system
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong understanding of materials management, production planning, procurement, and inventory management processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
