Role: Specialized IT Consultant - Senior
Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)
Duration: 10-12 Months with possible extensionKey Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the development of multi-year service/product strategies.
  • Development and standardized application of best-practice methodologies and frameworks.
  • Leading strategic initiatives
  • Engaging/collaborating with users and stakeholders.
  • Working at all levels across the organization from end-users to executive management.
  • Presenting to a wide range of audiences including executive management.
  • Development of presentations, reports and relevant collateral as required.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Public Sector/OPS Experience- 20%
Parameters:
  • The development of ITS Business Cases for ITS strategies in collaboration with ITS corporate procurement, relevant stakeholders, and in compliance with OPS governance and policies.
Overall Experience - 40%
Parameters:
  • Conduct Current State Assessments
  • Perform Strategic Options Analysis
  • Define Strategic Target State
  • Lead Business Case Development
Communication Skills - 10%
  • Overall solid communication skills
  • ability to deal with various stakeholders - internal/external project.
Must Have:
  • Performs comprehensive analysis, including technical, process, skills and financial assessments, of ITS products and services in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assess product/service maturity and Identifies capability gaps relative to client requirements and industry best practices.
