Job Description:HM Note: This onsite contract role is in office every day at the manager's discretion. Candidate resumes must include first and last name, email and telephone contact information.DescriptionResponsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users.
  • Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.
  • This includes:
  • developing detailed programming specifications writing and/or generating code compiling data-driven programs maintaining, and conducting unit tests
  • Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation and conversion

Back End Skills:
  • Knowledge and experience with developing all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Knowledge and experience with front-end technologies
  • Knowledge and experience to integrate the front-end elements into the application
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications
  • Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices

  • Hands-on experience with React.js and modern front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux or equivalent state management).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design, development, and integration.
  • Proficiency with SQL Server (query optimization, stored procedures, triggers, indexes).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience with GitHub or other version control systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills.

  • Expert in customization of Microsoft Dynamic CRM Power App Customer Service Portal, creating custom pages, utilizing Dynamic forms and views to display on the customer service portal.
  • Expert knowledge of Cloud Security Principles related to Dynamic CRM such as Azure AD B2C Authentication, Okta Authentication, CRM Business Units, Teams and Roles management.
Technical Skills (40%)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and Azure solution design
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies
  • Working knowledge of both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365
  • Working knowledge with Dataverse design and development

Report and Data Migration (20%)
  • Working knowledge of creating MS Power Bi Reports and CRM Word Template Knowledge preferred

  • Strong communication skills to prepare documentation, including but not limited to: solution documentation, user manuals, reports, reviews, assessments
  • Ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively and in a user-friendly manner; maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Ability to communicate designs and development in clear and understandable manner
Must Have:
  • At least 3 years of experience in .NET/C# and React along with Power BI Reports
