- Assist in the coordination of design, construction, and operations-related activities across multiple P3 airport projects.
- Support the tracking and reporting of project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and financials.
- Coordinate and prepare internal and external reports and presentations.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including logs, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders, including airport authorities, private partners, regulators, consultants, and internal departments.
- Support the management of concession agreements, project compliance obligations, and operational performance indicators.
- Prepare briefing notes, presentation materials, and meeting agendas for senior leadership and partners.
- Track O&M deliverables and obligations per project agreements.
- Coordinate reviews of operations and maintenance plans, schedules, and performance data.
- Support the review of design drawings and deliverables from an operations and maintenance perspective.
- Support the development of operations, maintenance and lifecycle cost models and budgets.
- Monitor asset handover processes, lifecycle maintenance schedules, and warranty tracking.
- Support the administration of contracts, change orders, and payment applications.
- Coordinate cost tracking and budget updates with finance and project controls teams.
- Assist with invoice review and ensure documentation aligns with contractual and funding requirements.
- Post-secondary education in engineering, construction management or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in infrastructure development, airports, or P3 environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale capital projects or complex O&M contracts is an asset.
- Familiarity with project agreements, project finance, and public-private partnership models preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is an asset.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

- Proactive problem solver with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in long-term infrastructure development and airport operations.
