Compensation: $100,000 to $130,000 base plus bonusAbout Our Client:Our client is scaling some of the most recognized and fastest-growing brands in the beauty and personal care space.They are looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Media who doesnât just execute campaigns, but understands how paid media drives real business outcomes.This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will own paid media strategy across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with a clear mandate to connect upper-funnel awareness to in-market conversion across retail and eCommerce channels.This role is best suited for someone who can think strategically, execute tactically, and clearly articulate why a media plan will work â not just how to run it.
What Youâll Be Doing
- Own paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital advertising channels
- Build and optimize full funnel campaigns from awareness through to conversion
- Manage campaign execution including targeting, budgets, creative input, and performance tracking
- Use data to test, learn, and improve performance
- Connect upper funnel media to lower funnel outcomes across Amazon and retailer channels
- Partner with Brand, Creative, eCommerce, and Sales teams to align on strategy and execution
- Work with platform partners and agencies to improve performance and identify new opportunities
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in paid media or digital advertising
- Strong hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube (Google Ads)
- Proven ability to build and optimize performance-driven campaigns
- Strong understanding of full funnel marketing from awareness to conversion
- Ability to use data to inform strategy and clearly explain decisions
- Experience in beauty, fashion, CPG, or a similar consumer-driven industry is preferred
- Agency or platform experience (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube) is an asset
