- Inspect, maintain, and repair all plant process equipment, using CMMS generated work orders
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical motors, plant H-Vac units, equipment control enclosures and other electrical equipment
- Perform calibration verification on plant instrumentation
- Update Single Line and other electrical diagrams
- Updating of work orders related to plant operations and equipment
- Completion of all related work orders designated for this position
- Responsible for completion of projects requested by process areas of plant
- Experience inspecting and repairing complex manufacturing equipment, including blending, packaging and blow molding machinery
- Skilled in planning and executing scheduled, emergency, and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and enhance plant reliability
- Ability to perform calibration verification and troubleshoot minor instrumentation issues to ensure accurate system functionality
- Capable of updating and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Demonstrated flexibility and commitment to supporting plant operations and execution of electrical projects as needed
- Willingness to work Cross-trades as needed with other Maintenance Professionals to repair and rebuild various plant equipment
- Electrical Journeyman Certification with 3+ years of hands-on experience in plant maintenance and electrical systems within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Background in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining plant machinery, HVAC units, and motor control centers—plus proficiency in calibration, troubleshooting instrumentation, and managing electrical documentation
- Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to input work orders, track preventive maintenance schedules, and maintain accurate maintenance inventory records would be a benefit
