Job Duties
  • Lubricate all moving vehicle parts with specified lubricants
  • Operate hand or compressed air powered grease guns to inject grease into units, including springs, universal joints, and steering knuckles
  • Inspect fluid levels of steering gear, the power steering reservoir, transmission, differential, shackles, and rear axle housings
  • Drain oil from the crankcase and replenish with required amount
  • Replace air and oil filters
  • Check and adjust the pressure of tires
  • Rotate, repair, and replace tires when necessary
  • Follow company and manufacturer policies, directives, and procedures
  • Comply with the required health and safety regulations
  • Perform any other duties as required
Qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • Solid understanding of automotive industry
  • Experience working as a Lube Technician is preferred
  • Basic mechanical skills
  • Ability to lift tires and other heavy equipment
  • Good visual acuity to assess work performance
Pay and Hours of Work:
  • $17.00 an hour, plus incentives
  • Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays
