- Perform comprehensive issue analysis and resolution for upstream SAP modules including root cause identification and corrective action implementation
- Prepare detailed functional specifications and collaborate with development teams to implement SAP Upstream change requests
- SAP upstream configurations
- Help clients understand SAP best practices to maximize value.
- Identify strategies, risks, and options; recommend approaches to meet client needs.
- Lead, coach, and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project).
- Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
- Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies.
- Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go.
- Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain-or platform-led.
- Participate in projects/programs focused on delivering agreed business outcomes for our clients.
- Deliver quality functional/application designs and ensure SAP technology business changes represent business requirements.
- This role requires to be in the local office 3 days per week. Preferred location: Montreal, Canada.
- Minimum 4 years of SAP implementation, transformation experience or AMS experience.
- Minimum 2 years of SAP Ariba Upstream experience in either Sourcing, Contract or SLP
- Professional French proficiency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
- Experience writing Functional Specifications independently and should have good work experience dealing with critical production incidents and designing enhancements.
- You're an ace at managing and delivering projects
- Have experience leading onshore or offshore teams
