Join a leading construction team as a Senior Estimator specializing in ICI new build projects. This role in Burlington will have you managing estimating processes with a focus on design-build and autonomous project execution.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for ICI new build projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with design and construction teams to develop comprehensive project budgets.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates.
Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing and negotiate terms.
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities during the pre-construction phase.
Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders on cost-related matters.
Support tender processes, including reviewing bids and making recommendations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.

Proven skills in ICI GC estimating and design-build processes for ground up new build light industrial buildings incorporating all core divisions
Strong analytical abilities for interpreting project requirements and specifications.
Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software and tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
Ability to work independently and manage estimating processes autonomously.
A collaborative mindset to work effectively with project teams.
