As an Auditor, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the Quality team. Approve product disposition following inspection, testing, and documentation review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve plant non-conformances prior to product release.
Coach production floor operators to foster a culture of quality and prevent non-conformances.
Lead and resolve plant quality issues, including non-conformances, complaints, and CAPAs, by implementing effective corrective actions.
Manage supplier operations, including handling Supplier Corrective Action Requests, product returns, supplier assessments, and conducting on-site supplier audits.
What's Needed?
Controlled Goods Clearance is required.
Ability to work on-site in Brockville, ON.
Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Experience in conducting internal and external quality audits.
