Per diem and accommodation provided depending on client discretionLicensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and modifications on mechanical, structural, and avionics systems per approved data and regulatory standards
Troubleshoot defects and ensure timely return-to-service for customers and company aircraft
Sign off maintenance documentation accurately and complete all required regulatory reports
Maintain strict compliance with Transport Canada regulations and company safety procedures
Coordinate with production and materials teams to ensure efficient workflow and parts availability
Mentor junior AMEs and unlicensed technicians to support team developmentLicensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer QualificationsBachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, Aviation Technology, or related field (preferred)
Valid Transport Canada AME License - M2; AME - E is required
Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety (FTS), and EWIS training
Restricted Radio Operator Certificate - Aeronautical (ROC-A)
3-5+ years MRO or airline maintenance experience on Dash 8 (Q300/Q400) and CRJ Series aircraft
Proficiency with maintenance tracking software and technical documentation platforms
Strong knowledge of turboprop systems, hydraulics, avionics suites, and structural repair
Rotational or standard shifts depending on program requirements-flexibility is key
