Logistics Coordinator

• Schedule and coordinate transport pickups and deliveries with precision.
• Manage the movement of finished goods between warehouses and external storage facilities.
• Make outbound shipment decisions to ensure efficient and cost-effective solutions.
• Reconcile freight invoices and statements while maintaining accurate records.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and work closely with the Purchasing Coordinator to resolve them.
• Reconcile brokerage invoices monthly and participate in traceability exercises and mock recalls.
• Ensure shipping documentation, certifications, and insurance policies are always compliant and up-to-date.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with storage partners and service providers.
• Analyze freight and frozen storage costs to uncover optimization opportunities.

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proven ability to coordinate warehouse distribution and manage finished goods transfers.
• Strong understanding of freight costs, brokerage processes, and procurement principles.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Clear and professional communication skills for both internal and external collaboration.
• Experience resolving inventory discrepancies and managing compliance documentation.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying process improvements.
