- Drive partner objectives. You will build relationships with key stakeholders at our partner organization and establish yourself as a trusted, strategic resource who can think critically and present deeper insights. You will collaborate closely with the Account Director and cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Data Analytics, to design and execute programs that deliver on business goals.
- Analyze and report on data-driven insights. You will monitor performance and track KPIs for a key strategic account within Scene+ using dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics. You will identify market trends, competitive movement, and growth opportunities. You will present actionable insights and recommendations that inform strategic account planning and development.
- Steer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). You will lead the preparation and delivery of QBRs, integrating KPI progress, strategic insights, and cross-functional updates. You will gather input from internal teams, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will provide clear findings, actionable recommendations, and follow-up plans to support informed decision-making with external stakeholders .
- Lead digital and media strategy. You will own and lead the development and execution of digital and paid media strategy, acting as the primary liaison with the partner. You will oversee forecasting and performance tracking, testing, applying learnings, providing reports on outcomes and the overall impact of initiatives.
- Manage meetings and projects. You will coordinate external and internal meetings, establishing clear agendas, tracking progress, and distributing meeting notes. You will oversee project timelines, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on action plans and deliverables to ensure effective project management.
- The account management expertise. You have experience in strategic account or partnerships management, ideally within loyalty, marketing, or digital environments. You have a track record of monitoring performance KPIs, producing data-driven reports, and delivering actionable recommendations. You thrive in collaborative partnerships, empowering clients with insights, resources, and strategies that achieve business outcomes.
- The project management skills. You have strong business acumen and the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives. You can oversee complex projects from planning through delivery, identifying gaps, solving problems, and adapting to shifting priorities while ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- The relationship-building skills. You are an exceptional communicator with strong collaboration skills. You can articulate complex concepts clearly and engage diverse stakeholders to move projects forward effectively. You excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You can navigate challenges, mediate discussions, and influence decisions with confidence and diplomacy. You take a consultative approach, ensuring trust and alignment at all levels.
- The technical and analytical strengths. You are proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and dashboard navigation tools such as Power BI or Tableau. You know how to leverage data-driven insights and segmentation to meet account KPIs. You can translate complex performance data into meaningful, actionable steps.
