Cookie SettingsReject All Cookies Accept All CookiesSearch JobsJob DescriptionJob Title: IT Domain Analyst - Aftermarket, Sales and Technical PublicationsPosting Start Date: 3/4/26Job Description:What are your contributions to the team?Reporting to a Functional Business Partner, you will support development and implementation of the IT Business Analysis discipline for your assigned business domain with Bombardier Aerospace.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Act as IT Domain Analyst to understand and develop IT strategies for Sales, Services and Technical Publications, translating needs into functional and technical requirements, ensure completeness of system requirements, end-to-end process, in alignment with Bombardier strategy and architecture, securing high quality standard and use of best practices, aligned with market trends.
  • Work with your business partner to ensure you have extensive knowledge of your business domain and fully understand their business strategies.
  • Define detailed architecture designs, architecture guidelines, standards, quality assurance and roadmaps for your business discipline.
  • Validate Architecture and solution designs created by others members of your domain to ensure alignment with business requirements and Bombardier standards.
  • Work closely with Project Manager (s) and Business Focal (s) addressing scope, solution, planning, budget and handoff to the solution architects working in your business domain.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architecture Team to ensure business architecture decisions are aligned with enterprise / strategic directives and goals.
  • Work closely with implementation teams to ensure downstream architecture is executed “as designed”.
  • Work closely with other business and technical teams to ensure well-integrated solutions.
  • Participate in the evolution of the Aerospace IT Reference Architecture and Service Design Patterns.
  • Participate in and presenting to the Architecture Review Boards (ARB, DARB) and any project or business related review boards.Control, evaluate and prioritize the Technical Publications demands in collaboration with IT Core functions and Business partners applying an end-to-end view, promoting standardization, integration, and foster innovation.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise in troubleshooting problems reported by end-user(s).
How to thrive in this role?
  • You hold a university Degree in Management or Computer Science or equivalent.
  • You have 10 years of relevant experience in IT Services and Technical Publications ecosystems.
  • You have 5 years of relevant experience: in the field of Architecture, Applications / Business / IT Consulting / Aerospace.
  • IT Architecture certification(s) is ideal.
  • You have the capacity to adapt to new situations in order to support a changing business environment.
  • You have strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • You possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have the ability to express technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
