Additional Required Qualifications:3-5 years of leadership of a staff group of significant size and complexity in a unionized healthcare environment. Proven track-record of excellent communication to diverse stakeholders. Experience in program development and evaluation skills. Experience project management experience. Conflict resolution skills. Quality improvement experience. Change management experience. Coaching experience. High level of computer literacy required.
Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of occupational therapy practice and standards across the age span and diagnostic groupings represented across the site. Knowledge and experience in clinical intervention and/or management of pediatric rehabilitation. Knowledge of human resource policies and procedures. Knowledge of HSAA, UNA and AUPE contracts. Knowledge of clinical practice guidelines for occupational therapists. Knowledge of leading management practices.
