- Lead the building and commissioning of a new Nitrile Latex Glove Manufacturing facility.
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for improved production efficiency.
- Analyze Production and Quality KPI data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Implement process control strategies to maintain consistent product quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of process enhancements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production processes to reduce downtime and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and other methodologies.
- Train and mentor production staff on process enhancements and best practices.
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing techniques (5S, Kaizen, VSM), SCADA, MES, CAD, and process control strategies.
- Strong command of technical English and ability to use office automation tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance indicators and business challenges.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating problem-solving initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across multiple levels of the organization.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation.
- Experience in greenfield projects, startup operations, or major manufacturing expansions.
- Background in chemical production and understanding of chemical processes and safety regulations.
