Job Description:Our downtown mining client (Junior mining Exploration) is looking to hire a CFO for their business. Reporting to ownership the CFO will have oversight of the site Controller in South America, but this role is very hands you will be responsible for all financial reporting and analysis, MD&A and Notes, quarterly and annual filings and ad hoc duties as required.Requirements:The ideal CFO will be CPA qualified and have CFO level experience from the (junior) mining exploration space. You are comfortable working from the office (in downtown Vancouver) for the most part and you are able to travel to site and conferences when required. You are proactive, have strong interpersonal communication skills and are comfortable dealing with and presenting to the board.
