Responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective marketing websites and landing pages .
- Develop Figma designs based on collaborative input from marketing managers
- Translate Figma designs into responsive, production-ready pages.
- Bring interactive, custom functionality to life using React and JavaScript.
- Support marketing initiatives with data-informed component design that enable personalization and improved customer experience and maintain HTML markup schema (structured data) to improve SEO and analytics accuracy, following technical SEO standards and QA protocols
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver user-friendly, conversion-optimized digital experiences.
- Optimize site performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve our digital experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, UI/UX Design, MIS, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).
- 5–7 years of experience in building and managing enterprise-level websites
- Google UX Professional Certificate or similar industry-recognized certifications are highly desirable.
- Proven experience developing websites in Framer.
- Build interactive elements using React and JavaScript (ES6+); partner with IT for security reviews and performance standards
- Proficiency with Figma for design collaboration.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and basic Google Analytics integration.
- Understanding of database schema design and SQL to support marketing experiences
- Strong grasp of HTML markup schema, SEO best practices, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to translate creative concepts into polished end-user experiences, and strength in collaborating across creative and marketing functions.
- Experience integrating marketing tools or APIs (CRM, analytics, automation platforms)
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and heatmap tools (e.g., Hotjar, Clarity)
- Experience managing CMS or headless CMS platforms.
- Understanding of version control (Git).
- Basic familiarity with CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap) for styling consistency.
- Understanding of website privacy policy requirements and implementation
- Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) and dataLayer integrations within tag governance and privacy policies for marketing tracking and analytics.
