- Proven ability to orchestrate successful multi-channel marketing programs for priority audiences across high-impact digital channels—in particular web and LinkedIn. LinkedIn campaign management expertise is a must.
- Translate business goals into actionable program plans with defined timelines, workflows, and KPIs.
- Use marketing automation and digital tools—such as Pardot, LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, DemandBase, TechTarget—to execute and optimize program components.
- Track market and audience trends to help refine campaign approaches and enhance program performance.
- Support competitive reviews across SEO, PPC, and digital channels to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Contribute to messaging development and bring campaigns to life by drafting and editing copy for assets that support the BlackBerry Thought Leadership activities.
- Participate in creative ideation sessions to help generate campaign concepts and messaging angles, translating ideas into actionable briefs.
- Apply an understanding of regulated-market buyer journeys to ensure accuracy, clarity, and credibility in content.
- Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across web, LinkedIn, email, and partner channels.
- Use AI-supported tools to accelerate content drafting and production while upholding brand and compliance standards.
- Initiation: Support definition of program scope, objectives, and KPIs aligned to sales cycles and buyer journeys.
- Planning: Build and maintain work-back schedules, task assignments, and risk mitigation plans.
- Execution: Coordinate the delivery of creative, content, web, and LinkedIn assets, ensuring they meet quality and messaging standards.
- Monitoring & Control: Track progress, identify bottlenecks early, and maintain steady communication with stakeholders.
- Reporting: Produce concise, insight-driven updates on program performance and channel impact.
- Closure: Support program debriefs, lessons learned, and process improvements.
- Maintain scalable processes, dashboards, and documentation that support efficient program execution.
- Support change management initiatives that improve workflow clarity and operational agility.
- Promote best practices in campaign workflows, creative production, and cross-team collaboration.
- Assess new tools and technologies, identifying opportunities to streamline execution.
- Interpret multi-channel performance data—including LinkedIn, web, and content engagement—to provide actionable insights.
- Use AI and automation to enhance program velocity, compliance, and accuracy.
- 5 years in marketing program execution, campaign management, or marketing operations, ideally within B2G markets such as cybersecurity, government technology, telecom, public safety, or national security.
- Experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns—including strong hands-on experience running and optimizing LinkedIn campaigns.
- Understanding of government procurement cycles and secure communications buyer journeys; experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Storyblok) and personalization tools (e.g., Croct) is an asset.
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and CMS/marketing execution platforms such as Optimizely.
- Capability with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, Looker.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling, audience-relevant copy.
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and content delivery.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and effective in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Strong execution discipline, business acumen, and structured program-management skills.
