You will work in various manufacturing sectors (butter, powdered milk, and cheese cutting). The workload consists of various packaging, manufacturing, and/or sanitation tasks.What Agropur invests in YOU:
  • Starting salary of $25.92 per hour and $28.80 per hour after 1 year;
  • Night shift premium of ($0.80/hour) and evening shift premium of ($0.65/hour);
  • Available to work day, evening, or night shifts (on rotation);

What this role entails:
  • Perform various activities related to the production of butter, powder, or packaging and conditioning activities;
  • Ensure the maintenance and sanitation of equipment and the work environment;
  • Respect and apply all plant policies and procedures (HACCP, Health and Safety, etc.);
  • Possibility of receiving multiple trainings and expertise associated with major health and safety programs: Lockout, Confined Space, working at heights, hot work;
  • Possibility of qualifying for operator positions in various departments.
What it takes to join our team:
  • Be available for all shifts: day, evening, night, and weekends (mostly evening and night);
  • Hold a high school diploma (DES) or equivalent to secondary 5 (asset);
  • Judgment, teamwork, analytical skills, resourcefulness, and manual skills;
  • Experience in a food factory (asset);
  • Knowledge of HACCP and SST (asset).
