Working out of our head office in Puslinch, ON, the Recruiter will report directly to the HR Manager. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of our field roles, in addition to day-to-day office support:Recruiting:

Talent sourcing and pipeline management
Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates, and external partners (i.e. schools, agencies)
Candidate screening and interviews
Prepare and send job offers
Conduct onboarding tasks and new hire orientations
Coordinate safety training and required certifications

Office Administration

Assist with planning company events and employee engagement initiatives
Sales support (i.e. cold calling, scheduling meetings)
Support ongoing improvements to HR and recruiting processes, policies, and systems
Benefits administration
Maintain office supplies and SWAG
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Not afraid to pick up the phone, start a conversation, or learn something new
Reliable and dependable – you show up and follow through
Outgoing, people-oriented, and relationship-driven
Confident communicator
Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new applications
Proactive with a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Valid drivers licence and able to work full-time in-office
