- Rotate through various roles and responsibilities within the organization on a structured training plan, such as project specialist, estimating, engineering specialist, project manager, account executive, service manager, accounting & finance, legal, OCT and even the field
- Learn and develop a solid baseline understanding of each discipline and be able to apply learnings to real business scenarios within Convergint
- Support key initiatives in the business by gaining company and industry exposure through specialized projects and other means
- Develop an understanding of various types of Convergint projects from start to finish and be able to communicate customer and project needs to operational leadership in a clear and relevant manner
- Responsible for completing assigned training and development in timely manner
- Proactive in obtaining relevant industry and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certifications, participate in training events and workshops, and attend outside industry seminars to strengthen knowledge of and footing in the industry
- Ensure all deadlines and commitments throughout the program are met in a timely manner
- Travel to job sites (potentially both in and out of town), vendor sites, and customer meetings as required
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
- Strong affinity for problem solving.

- Final year or new graduate students from accredited Canadian University Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programs in Commerce or Business
- Ability and willingness to travel to the United States for training purposes, as required.
- Solid knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and the ability and willingness to quickly learn new software
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass criminal and driving history checks
