Utilizes Robotic welding equipment for Fruitland Manufacturing. You’re looking for an organization that respects you, encourages lifelong learning, and makes a high-quality, essential product.Responsibilities:
- Fit metal components as per provided blueprints/drawings and specifications, ensuring all tolerances are met;
- Using processes such as GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG);
- Ensuring that all tasks are performed in the allotted time provided and in accordance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies and procedures;
- Basic maintenance of welding equipment.
- As required, operate metal working equipment including press brake, roll forming, saws, etc.
- As required, complete pump assembly, sub assembly of components, and operate CNC machines
- 2+ years of welding and fitting environment.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to operate manual and machine hand tools, CNC metal cutting machines, and complete assembly/sub assemblies per drawings;
- Ability to work independently, as a team member or with supervision;
- Manual Dexterity and hand-eye co-ordination;
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and handle heavy loads (up to 50lbs)
- Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions
- Ability to operate fork lift and cranes (trainings provided by company)
- Experience and ability to read and understand fabrication prints;
