Our Vancouver based client is seeking for an experienced Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) Designer Consultant to join their project immediately and will run for 12 months, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 + years of experience in analyzing, optimizing, and documenting business processes, preferably using BPMN. Experience with SAP’s Signavio Process Manager is preferred (or a competitor's process management tool suite; e.g., Celonis, Appian, Bizagi, Flowable, Camunda). Familiarity with the Mining or Natural Resources industry is an asset, specifically in the areas of mining, processing, asset management, and operational processes. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Senior executives and need to explain the business flow and processes at a high and granular level.
  • Liaise with multi-functional teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs and facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in project activities including, but not limited to analysis/research of needs, gathering, documenting and updating business outcomes and conduct information gathering sessions.
  • Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to align with the enterprise operating model. Design to-be processes for the enterprise.
  • Use data-driven insights to support decision-making, ensuring that the operating model is based on accurate and relevant information.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of business processes using BPMN business requirements, and any changes made during the implementation phase.
