We are seeking a detail-oriented APM Analyst / Technology Data Governance Specialist responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, compliance, and governance of application data within APM and TDAR.
This role supports enterprise Technology Asset Management (TAM), OSFI B-13 compliance, risk reporting, and CMDB/CSDM alignment. The ideal candidate has strong data governance capabilities, stakeholder coordination skills, and proven experience working with ServiceNow or similar technology asset systems.Key Responsibilities
1. Data Accuracy & Maintenance (APM & TDAR)
Maintain and oversee all application records within the APM system of record, ensuring accuracy, consistency, completeness, and alignment with enterprise standards.
Conduct regular reviews of application entries for:Currency and completeness
Alignment with taxonomy (application categories, business services, technical services)
Compliance with enterprise policies and governance expectations
Identify and remediate duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records.
Ensure continuous data quality improvements across APM and TDAR datasets.2. Change Request Vetting & Governance
Review, validate, and process requests related to:
New application entries
Application modifications
Application decommissioning
Complete all Request tickets with accurate documentation and appropriate work notes.
Partner with technology owners, application owners, and governance stakeholders to ensure changes are:
Vetted and approved
Aligned with enterprise governance processes
Compliant with CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) structures
Ensure all updates meet configuration management and technology asset standards.3. Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary liaison between:
Application Owners
Technology Owners
ServiceNow platform teams
ETAM Governance
Provide clear guidance on:
APM standards
Data entry requirements
Compliance and governance expectations
Support periodic reviews with risk, compliance, and audit teams.4. Reporting & Controls
Generate reports and dashboards to monitor:
Data quality
Application exceptions
Remediation progress
Track and ensure compliance with:
Technology Asset Management (TAM) standards
OSFI B-13 regulatory requirements
Internal policies and governance controls
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of:
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) related to APM data integrity and governance.Essential Skills
Strong understanding of APM and TDAR data structures, governance models, and maintenance processes.
Experience working with technology owners, ServiceNow teams, and governance stakeholders.
Familiarity with CMDB and CSDM structures.
Proven experience in Change Management workflows and governance approvals.
Strong communication skills to guide stakeholders on standards and compliance requirements.
Ability to analyze data, identify inconsistencies, and drive remediation efforts.Skills: Change Management, ServiceNowExperience Required: 6–8 years
