We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Linde, the leading provider of industrial gases and related solutions. The BDR will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities (+ contracts), building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, and driving revenue growth within assigned territories and / or industry sectors.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the industrial gases, chemicals, or manufacturing sector.
- 10+ years of experience in fuels industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as needed within the assigned territory.
