- Assist in establishing unit goals and action plans.
- Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, assigning and monitoring work to improve effectiveness.
- Communicate policies, practices, and procedures to employees and ensure compliance.
- Identifies and resolves problems and inconsistencies, determining appropriate course of actions.
- Helps develop and monitor budget for cost control.
- Conducts staff meetings to discuss operational problems or explain procedural changes or practices.
- Prepare project updates within required timeframe and delegate individual tasks to all employees.
- Analyze all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assist staff in managing difficult cases.
- Knowledge and comprehension on reading credit reports, analyzing credit patterns, understanding debt to income ratio composition, able to make recommendations based on their analysis of the client’s credit and income history.
- Directly supervises at least 3 full time employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Coach and develop employees. Foster a spirit of teamwork that allows for disagreement over ideas as well as diversity.

- At least three years related experience.

- Written Communication: (Spanish and/or English) Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Presents numerical data effectively.
