The Site Superintendent will play a key role in overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.   • Manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor site safety protocols and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address potential issues proactively.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and site logs.
  • Collaborate with project managers to address budgetary and scheduling concerns effectively.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for on-site decision-making and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure all work adheres to building codes and client specifications.

  • A strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
  • Experience managing on-site construction activities in the buildings construction industry, with experience in a general contracting environment overseeing $60M institutional new builds.
  • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations in Canada.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
