- Lead the recruitment, development, performance management, and retention of licensed Financial Services Advisors and Non-licensed support staff
- Oversee case assignment, workload distribution, and workflow management to ensure efficient service delivery
- Interact directly with clients to assist in the resolution of complex issues spanning administration and business development
- Provide subject-matter expertise on administrative processes and offer support during client meetings, as required
- Ensure team members operate at peak effectiveness by fully leveraging available technology, tools, and support resources
- Drive change effectively by actively sponsoring, leading, and participating in change initiatives
- Develop and maintain individualized training and development plans to support ongoing employee growth
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to reinforce performance, engagement, and accountability
- Ensure the delivery of superior client service by monitoring performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage workforce planning, capacity, and scheduling to align with business needs
- Collaborate closely with internal business partners to support shared objectives and seamless client experiences
- Ensure licensed team members meet all licensing, regulatory, and continuing education requirements
- Promote ethical, legal, and client-focused service standards in all client interactions
- Maintain compliance oversight and ensure appropriate controls are in place to monitor and review team performance
- Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to inspire, coach, and influence others
- As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs
- Proven ability to manage complex situations and resolve escalated client or operational issues

- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Investment Centre, and Microsoft Office applications
