- Drive new business growth across North America
- Proactively source, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Manage the sales process from initial outreach through contract execution
- Clearly articulate Clir’s value proposition and demonstrate measurable impact to prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are well understood and supported
- Represent Clir at relevant industry events, both in person and virtually
- Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in Clir’s CRM
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a hunter or outbound focus
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfort engaging senior decision-makers across commercial and technical audiences
- Ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Fluency in English
- Legal right to work in Canada
- An existing network within the renewable energy industry
- Experience in renewable energy investment and or asset management
- Spanish and or Portuguese language skills
- Base salary range of 120,000 to 180,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications
