Our client, a leading supplier in the hydraulic components industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, strong organizational skills, and a driven attitude which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Production AssociateLocation: Brantford, ONPay Range: $19 per hour Shift: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to FridayWhat's the Job?
Read and follow standard work procedures throughout all processes.
Demonstrate safe working habits and adhere to all safety requirements.
Plan, evaluate, set up, and run required equipment such as saws and crimpers.
Examine materials visually or physically to ensure compliance with established standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization.
What's Needed?
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in hose assembly and manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
