- Execute the roadmap for the “Client Servicing Journey” that includes the re-design of the client profile, for advisors to understand and manage their client relationships.
- Support Journey Lead by leading refinement sessions with technology partners.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and end-users.
- Execute on the Client Servicing roadmap, moving all the supported apps to Salesforce to create a central hub within the platform.
- Work closely with other product journeys, technology, and user experience designers to bring product visions to life, ensuring cohesive and effective solutions.
- Gather insights from Advisor teams, clients, and other stakeholders to continuously improve product features and performance.
- Define and track metrics to assess the effectiveness of each release, leveraging data to continuously improve the experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Product Lead and Journey Lead, ensuring alignment with the product goals to deliver an elevated experience.
- Proven ability to implement client focused digital solutions that drive engagement
- Strong hands on experience with Agile Product Delivery
- Strong understanding of modern digital product development practices
- Demonstrated experience working effectively with agile cross functional teams, including technology, design and business stakeholders
- Experience managing initiatives from conception through implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- RBC Organizational Awareness
