- Lead a process team on studies and projects.
- Develop and check the process deliverables that are typical of detailed engineering (such as design criteria, mass & energy balances, process flow diagrams, equipment sizing calculations, P&IDs, control philosophy).
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, procurement, construction, vendors, consultants, subject matter experts and client teams to deliver the project successfully.
- Contribute to the review and optimizations of project design, cost, safety, constructability, and schedule.
- Meet with potential clients, understand their business needs and drivers, and help develop new business with these clients. Work closely with the Business Development team.

- Bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering, mineral processing, or chemical engineering.
- At least 15 – 20 years of experience in process engineering.
- At least 10 years’ experience as an engineer working in detailed design in the minerals industry, including direct experience in developing the typical detailed engineering deliverables.
- Direct process experience in delivering copper and gold projects.
- Well-developed skills in teamwork, communication and problem solving.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Skills and experience in business development and client engagement.
- Significant experience and contacts within the North American mining industry.
- Ability and willingness to grow our business in North America.
