We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Functional Architect to join this dynamic team and take on a challenging and exciting role.As a Senior Salesforce Functional Architect, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their Salesforce journey, from initial consultation to implementation and beyond. You will be responsible for aligning Salesforce solutions with our clients' business objectives, ensuring maximum efficiency, scalability, and ROI. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the success of complex Salesforce projects and providing strategic direction to both our internal teams and clients.We are looking for a results-oriented, creative, highly motivated individual with a curious mindset, strong technical and leadership skills, passionate for challenges and want to contribute to the success of the Bank.Is this role right for you? In this role you will:Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, processes, and challenges.Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce to address business needs.Design innovative and scalable Salesforce solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives.Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and industry trends.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and Salesforce configurations.Provide guidance on platform features, limitations, and customization options.Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, business users, and IT teams, to gain buy-in and alignment on Salesforce initiatives.Communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and manage project risks and dependencies.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.Stay up to date of Salesforce releases, updates, and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on clients' businesses.Drive process optimization and innovation within our Salesforce practice, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Participate in knowledge sharing activities, contributing to the collective expertise of the team.Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Architect, or Certified System Architect highly desired.Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful implementations for enterprise clients.Minimum 8+ years of experience with Salesforce declarative development and config.Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (specifically FSC), Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce OmniStudio and CRM Analytics.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.Excellent communication and presentation skills to manage stakeholder relations, and work with cross-departmental teams – ability to communicate effectively depending on the audience and build consensus with stakeholder groups.Familiar with software development technologies and concepts.
