Job Description:We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in London, Ontario. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design and implement automation workflows, enhance efficiency, and deliver impactful solutions within the banking industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with business users and drive the adoption of advanced AI technologies.Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize AI-driven automation workflows to streamline business processes.
Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems to identify opportunities for automation.
Collaborate with business users to provide training and support, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies.
Design, test, and deploy automation frameworks using tools like Amazon EC2, Atlassian Jira, and Assertion Markup Language.
Implement backend development strategies to support automation initiatives.
Manage QA automation processes, including developing and executing test cases.
Utilize AB testing methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of automation solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation systems to maintain optimal performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable successful execution of automation projects.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve automation strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Amazon EC2 and backend development.
Proficiency in Assertion Markup Language and Atlassian Jira.
Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and QA automation processes.
Expertise in developing and executing test cases for automation testing.
Familiarity with AB testing methodologies.
Solid programming skills, particularly in Java.
Ability to train and support business users in adopting new technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
