- Calendar management, including proactively identifying and resolving conflicts
- Complex domestic and international travel coordination, including arranging visas, following security protocols and immigration processes
- Inbox management, including organizing and escalating time-sensitive emails and approvals
- Time and expense management
- Virtual and in-person meeting (internal and external) coordination, attending and taking minutes when required
- End-to-end logistical support of staff and client activities, including on-site participation
- Drafting, editing and distributing communications
- Peer-to-peer buddy support, teaming and collaboration
- 1 to 5 years of executive support experience in a customer-service-driven, fast-paced setting or similar transferable skills.
- A focus on client service excellence, attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
- Proactive, solutions-driven, forward thinking and able to troubleshoot strategically.
- Collaborative with an ability to build relationships.
- Adaptability in light of fast paced change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); able to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
- Professional, diplomatic and excellent communications in English.
- Previous experience in a professional services firm is an asset.
- Fluency in French and Spanish is an asset.
