- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented front office presence.
- Manage incoming calls, handling 10-15 calls per hour on a multi-line phone system.
- Sort, distribute, and deliver mail efficiently to the appropriate departments.
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
- Collaborate closely with the administrative team to support office operations.
- Provide minor administrative support to team leads as needed.
- Maintain and update schedules, assisting with appointment coordination.
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized at all times.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage a multi-line phone system effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
