Service delivery is focused in four main technology solution verticals: Systems Delivery, Enterprise Information Management, Training and Managed Services; with industry expertise in Energy, Utilities, Government, Financial Services and the Public Sector.ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Program Manager for an immediate opportunity in Calgary, AB or Edmonton, AB. This is for a one year contract.ROLE: Program ManagerMandatory Qualifications:
  • Education and Professional Credentials:
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in business, information technology, or a related discipline is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
  • Project management certification is required (for example PMP®, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP).
  • Program management certification (for example, PgMP®) is a strong asset.
  • Certification or practical experience in Organizational Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is an asset.
  • 10 or more years of progressive experience in project management with demonstrated proficiency across the full project lifecycle, with at least 5 years of program management experience and proficiency.
  • Proven ability to lead the delivery of complex business and technology solutions (e.g., business applications, infrastructure) from concept through implementation and operational transition.
  • Experience in successfully managing programs and projects in a remote and hybrid team environment, with cross-functional teams that include business, IT, and vendor resources.
  • Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management, including engagement, oversight, and performance evaluation of third-party service providers.
Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, Engineering), from recognized universities is a desirable criteria in our selection process.
