- Support BES function specialists in the closing of information gaps in the system
- Support various internal BES initiatives and projects
- Identify and implement improvements to the online content
- Update the BES web pages on the intranet and on the corporate website for suppliers
- Publish restricted documents and support access requests by suppliers and employees
- eRoom, eBCR, Unix, Excel features, HTML
- Aircraft product development, project planning, conducting meetings and prioritizing
- Written and spoken communications skills in a professional environment (including presentations)
- You have the necessary skills to be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- You are a University student with an interest in Aerospace, Engineering, Product Development, or Continuous Improvement
- You are bilingual and possess good communication skills in both French and English
- You have a familiarity or interest in processes and workflows
- You have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- You have knowledge of Excel Pivot Tables, HTML and web design is an asset
