Location: Mississauga, OntarioWhat you will be doing:Proactive shipping coordination with customer, production, and freight partnerProvide administrative support to the shipping office operations,Verification of sales order entry as compared to customer POResponsible to update ERP release dates based on confirmed shipping scheduleSchedule and coordinate daily shipments with freight carriersPrioritize shipping schedule based on production completion and customer needsPrepare and maintain records of all shipments and transactions,Verify and keep record of incoming and outgoing shipments,Respond to shipping requests from the Sales Department to streamline the information gathering process for our customers,Actively participate in all Health & Safety training and promote a safe work environment,Participate in all LEAN and 5-S activities as it pertains to the position and job locationConduct all work according to established Infra Pipe procedures, policies and standards and other duties/tasks as determined by supervisor/manager,Other duties/tasks/projects as determined by the supervisor.Job functions and duties are subject to change, depending on the business needs of the company and as determined by managerWhat you must have:Excellent customer service and communication skills.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.Attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with an integrated ERP system is an asset.Ability to build rapport and present information effectively to customers and colleagues.A willingness to learn and maintain a solid understanding of our product lines.Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction building materials environment is a plus.Salary/Rate Range: $45,000 – $55,000For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
