Performs analytical laboratory procedures such as collecting, preparing, processing, and testing laboratory specimens.QUALIFICATIONS:Education, Training And ExperienceSuccessful completion of a recognized diploma program in Medical Laboratory Technology. Certification with the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS). Minimum of three years' experience in Immunopathology testing, including one year in a supervisory capacity.Skills And Abilities

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to deal effectively with and establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, co-workers, medical staff and other hospital staff.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
Demonstrated proficiency with associated test procedures and laboratory equipment.
Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of automated Immunopathology testing.
